Automated Email Campaign
With our B2C email campaigns running smoothly, it was time to shift focus to core B2B initiatives targeting safety directors across the United States.
I developed a “hot lead” campaign to boost B2B sales. When a field rep marked a prospect as a hot lead in our CRM system, the prospect was automatically opted into a series of soft-sell emails featuring white papers and new product information. The email campaign was timed to work in parallel with follow-up calls from our outbound sales reps, creating a coordinated and effective multi-touch strategy.
